Hi,
I was so lucky to find your hotel. Not only was the cost my room most reasonable, the reception and foyer area was attractive and comfortable. The staff were always helpful; but I must single out Eric, who went above and beyond, when, during a crazy busy time in Auckland, room bookings were almost impossible to find. He is the type of professional you would get only in the very top hotels, where 'shrugs' and 'sorry' are not part of his vocabulary. He just doesn't give up trying to help in whatever way he can. You are so fortunate to have someone like Eric to handle your bookings. For the past 45 years I have booked into hotels all over the world, but I must say your Auckland hotel left me with an outstanding impression.
